Job summary

The position requires 2+ years in CI/Kaizen, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and deep knowledge of Time and Motion studies.

Qualifications

• BS Industrial Engineering graduate.
• 2+ years of work experience as Kaizen Engineer or CI engineer.
• Computer literate (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledgeable to expert in Time and Motion study.
• Knowledgeable to expert in Kaizen methodologies, Continuous Improvement, productivity improvement activities.
• Willing to be assigned in LISP 1, Cabuyao City, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Generate plan, implement and monitor effectiveness of the project.
• Render support within his/her section and others in achieving company goals and targets.
• Establishing motion improvements to reduce processing time without affecting quality.
• Support Company’s wide cost reduction project. Analyse and maintain capacity on assigned area and plan/execution to improve capacity.
• Conducts Motion and time analysis in target processes
• Conducts cost and benefit comparison for target projects
• Supervises Process Improvement associate
• Conducts Kaizen step 1 training to FSCT Employees, and promotes and execute Kaizen mind culture development.
