Qualifications

• 5+ years in a back office role for customer service operations in the Philippines.
• Bachelor of Arts degree required; MBA or graduate degree preferred.
• Native English fluency and business-level Japanese proficiency.
• Ability to travel internationally ~20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders with the Site leader.
• Back office operations including budget management, HR and accounting tasks.
• Lead business improvement work for rational organizational management.
