Job summary

Medley, Inc. seeks a Site Leader and Philippines country manager to scale our delivery operations in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. You will own site performance, strategy, and employee satisfaction while serving as Medley’s representative with government and industry partners.

This role requires hands-on leadership to drive efficiency, build processes, and create a workplace that attracts and retains talent as we extend our footprint to additional geographies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations with 3+ years managing a customer care operation and 2+ years in a site lead role.
• Native fluency in English language.
• College Degree in Business, Accounting, or Engineering
• Ability to travel internationally 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead site performance, strategy, and employee satisfaction.
• Build relationships with government and communities to promote Medley.
• Scale delivery operations and drive efficiency.
• Manage budget, hire site leadership, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate on global programs and new offerings.
• Advocate for teammates and ensure a conducive work environment.
