Job summary

Confidential Logistics Supply Chain in Manila seeks a hands-on IT Systems Administrator to support our 24/7 global Help Desk. You will serve as the primary IT contact for the Asia-Pacific region, coordinating with teams in Romania, the United States, Israel, and Malaysia.

The role includes provisioning devices, managing identity and access, Google Workspace administration, and supporting UniFi networks while rotating on shifts for global coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support, system administration or help desk experience.
• Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Google Workspace and networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and WiFi.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems (FreshService, Jira Service Desk, or similar) and documentation best practices.
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS administration and troubleshooting and experience with directory services/identity management.
• 1+ years experience with onboarding and offboarding users and managing multiple tickets.
• Willingness to travel 2-3 times per year and ability to work rotating shifts.
• Hands-on experience with UniFi wireless and network infrastructure and cloud services (AWS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end users globally via Freshservice, Slack, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues with focus on rapid resolution and user satisfaction.
• Administer device provisioning and lifecycle management for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices; manage imaging and OS installation.
• Manage identity and access infrastructure including JumpCloud SSO, MDM, password manager, and RADIUS authentication.
• Execute onboarding and offboarding workflows; coordinate with compliance on access reviews.
• Administer Google Workspace accounts, groups, distribution lists, and security settings; troubleshoot Gmail/Drive/Meet issues.
• Support Missive and DLP infrastructure; assist with data protection and email management.
• Support UniFi networking infrastructure including wireless, switching, routing, and VPN; troubleshoot remote office connectivity.
• Troubleshoot Mission Machines zCloud PBX and Grandstream endpoints; manage call routing and voicemail.
