First Focus in Manila is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support its US operations. The role is senior, hands-on and covers infrastructure, endpoint management, Microsoft 365, security and automation, with escalation responsibilities for the IT team.

You will work US Eastern Time hours from Manila, including after‑hours on-call rotation, and collaborate with the US team on technology projects and migrations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT infrastructure, systems administration or systems engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID.
• Proficient in Windows Server, Active Directory and policy management.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell.
• Excellent English communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced technical support across systems, networks and endpoints.
• Act as escalation point for the IT team.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.
• Manage endpoint enrollment, configuration and policies.
• Support Windows, macOS and mobile devices.
• Lead IT projects and coordinate with US stakeholders.
• Maintain security patches and vulnerability remediation.
• Document solutions and SOPs.
