First Focus Information Technology, Inc. seeks a senior Systems Administrator based in Manila to support its US operations, working Eastern Time business hours.

The role covers infrastructure administration, endpoint management, Microsoft 365, networking, security and automation, with a focus on solving complex problems and coaching others. You'll be part of a Philippines team while collaborating with US colleagues and stakeholders.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration or systems engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including endpoint management, enrolment, configuration and compliance policies.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including licensing and user lifecycle administration.
• Strong experience supporting Windows and macOS environments, mobile devices and software deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced technical support across systems, servers, networks, endpoints and business applications.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.
• Manage endpoint enrolment, configuration, compliance, and application deployment.
• Maintain Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, firewalls and network services.
• Assist with vulnerability remediation, patch management and endpoint security.
