Responsibilities

• Support, maintain and manage applications as needed per business requirements.
• Software packaging and deployment tasks.
• VDI management for macOS enterprise environments.
• Antivirus console administration.
• MFA and Exchange/O365 management.
• Ensure 24/7 system uptime for production and back-office users.
• Support Windows-based software and client systems.
• Act as IT contact with clients on calls and meetings.
• Escalation point for 24/7 on-call outages.
• Active Directory management and cleanup.
• Internal/External audits – remediation actions.
• Login scripts development and maintenance.
• PAC file administration and maintenance.
• Stay informed on new tech solutions and report feedback to upper management.
