Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2+ years in technical support, software implementation, or client onboarding.
• Experience with software configuration and user adoption.
• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining SaaS or enterprise apps.
• Experience performing system audits for security and performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed reviews of system settings, workflows, and configurations to ensure proper setup and compliance.
• Perform regular IT system audits to evaluate security, performance, and efficiency.
• Document audit findings clearly and recommend actionable solutions.
• Monitor and maintain automation workflows, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot configuration, access, and performance issues across platforms.
• Provide guidance and user support, including escalation processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve onboarding challenges.
• Partner with IT and DevOps to deploy fixes and optimize workflows.
