3M Global Service Center Philippines is seeking an Intercompany Operations professional to manage orders using SAP and legacy systems, coordinating with source locations and 3PL partners to ensure timely international shipments.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service or supply chain, SAP experience, and strong Excel skills. You will collaborate across functions, handle inquiries, and support ERP deployments while upholding 3M policies and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level university degree or higher.
• Team Player.
• +2 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and/or Transportation.
• SAP Experience.
• Strong MS Office / Excel skills.
• Lean Six Sigma trained/certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages intercompany orders utilizing SAP and/or Legacy Systems.
• Work with supply chain and 3PL to export international orders timely.
• Ensure compliance with export rules and regulations for shipments.
• Handle inquiries from 3M international subsidiaries and escalate issues.
• Resolve customer feedback and improve processes for satisfaction.
• Participate in corporate programs and uphold 3M values.
