Job summary

Grace Global Business Services (GBS) in Manila, Philippines, is seeking an HRIS Analyst - SuccessFactors Compensation to join our HR Systems team. The role supports global compensation processes and works a shift aligned to US Eastern business hours with flexibility around the compensation cycle launches.

You will partner with the Global Compensation team, run merit/bonus cycles, validate data, and ensure timely, well-documented support while maintaining confidentiality of pay data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/HRIS experience.
• 3-5 years HRIS experience, including 2 annual compensation cycles in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation/Variable Pay.
• Knowledge of Compensation with Employee Central and Performance & Goals.
• Experience with SuccessFactors reporting (Report Center, Stories, Table reports) and strong Excel skills for data validation.
• Attention to detail, ability to handle confidential pay data, and clear communication.
• Willingness to work shifts supporting US Eastern business hours.

Responsibilities

• Support annual merit and bonus cycles in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
• Validate compensation data (eligibility, ratings, salary, exchange rates) and reconcile results.
• Prepare and check compensation statements for Global Compensation review.
• Prepare and validate data load templates for HR Operations.
• Run and maintain standard compensation reports and audit checks in Report Center, Stories, and Table reports.
• Manage Compensation tickets in ServiceNow and escalate complex issues.
• Execute test scripts and document results for system changes and SAP releases.
• Maintain process documentation and runbooks; provide backup support for Performance & Goals.
