Gallagher Manila is seeking an HR Operations associate to handle payroll and HR data processes for North America, UK and APAC regions. You will support onboarding, resignations, data management and benefits administration.

Responsibilities include background verifications, employee referencing, leave and performance management, profile maintenance, vendor management, and process-improvement initiatives to meet client expectations.

Formación

• Graduation or Post Graduation in HR; specialization preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, North America or UK/APAC regions.
• Proficient in MS-Office, Excel reporting and Oracle.

Responsabilidades

• Handle completely new hires, resignations and data management for NA/UK/APAC.
• Payroll support at Tier 1 level for USA/UK and APAC regions.
• Administer employee benefits for USA/UK/APAC regions.
• Manage background verifications and employee referencing for regions.
• Handle employee leave and performance management administration for regions.
• Maintain employee profiles and troubleshoot login/access issues.
• Vendor management and invoice processing for regions.
• Create process maps, KPI/SLAs and dashboards per client expectations.
