Job summary

Grace Global Business Services (GBS) in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst – SuccessFactors Talent Management to join our HR Systems team. This role reports to the Sr Solutions Manager, HR Systems, and works a shift supporting US Eastern business hours with flexible adjustments during cycle launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent in professional HR and HRIS experience.
• 7+ years of HRIS experience, including hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals across at least 5 cycles.
• Hands-on experience with Calibration and Succession & Development, including talent reviews.
• 2+ years of team lead experience in an HRIS or shared services environment using ServiceNow or similar tool.
• Lead consultant or lead administrator on at least 2 Performance & Goals and/or Succession implementations or major redesigns.
• Expert knowledge of form template XML, route maps, rating scales, goals, and business rules, and HR data dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain performance form templates, routes, rating scales, competencies, and business rules for SAP SF Performance Management.
• Configure goal plans, cascading, team goals, and 360 multi-rater reviews.
• Configure Calibration and Succession, including talent pools and development plans.
• Launch, monitor, and close global performance cycles, resolving issues during live cycles.
• Ensure performance ratings flow into Compensation and Variable Pay as sources.

Job Description

Grace is seeking an Sr HRIS Analyst – SuccessFactors Talent Management to join our HR Systems team! This role reports to the Sr Solutions Manager, HR Systems, located at Grace Global Business Services in Manila, Philippines. The role works a shift supporting US Eastern business hours, with added flexibility during cycle launch and close.

You will be Grace’s subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, Calibration, and Succession & Development, owning the design, configuration, and delivery of global talent cycles. You will also serve as team lead for our Manila HRIS analysts supporting other SuccessFactors modules. You will partner closely with the Talent Management COE and keep Grace current with SAP innovations, including the latest Performance Management experience and AI capabilities. This is a high-visibility role for an experienced practitioner who enjoys owning a module end to end. Success means talent cycles that run smoothly, configuration that is well governed, and a COE that sees you as a trusted advisor.

• Design, configure, and maintain performance form templates, route maps, rating scales, competencies, and business rules using the latest Performance Management experience.
• Configure goal plans, cascading and alignment, team goals, Continuous Performance Management, and 360 Multi-Rater reviews.
• Configure and facilitate Calibration and Succession & Development, including talent pools, talent reviews, 9-box views, and development plans.
• Launch, monitor, and close global performance and goal cycles, resolving routing, permission, and form issues quickly during live cycles.
• Ensure performance ratings flow correctly into Compensation and Variable Pay as rating sources.
• Evaluate each 1H/2H release and approved AI capabilities (e.g., Joule, AI-assisted goals and performance insights), assess impact, and recommend features for adoption.
• Build talent reporting and dashboards in Stories, Report Center, and Table reports.
• Perform functional and regression testing of system changes and maintain configuration workbooks and cycle runbooks.
• Advise the Talent Management COE and HR leadership, and develop training for managers, employees, and HR ahead of each cycle.
• Serve as team lead when assigned, coordinating the ServiceNow queue, acting as first point of escalation, and mentoring and cross-training analysts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent in professional HR and HRIS experience.
• 7+ years of HRIS experience, including hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals experience across at least 5 full annual cycles.
• Hands‑on experience with Calibration and Succession & Development, including talent reviews.
• 2+ years of team lead experience in an HRIS, AMS, or shared services environment using ServiceNow or a similar tool.
• Lead consultant or lead administrator on at least 2 Performance & Goals and/or Succession implementations or major redesigns.
• Expert knowledge of form template XML, route maps, rating scales, goal plans, and business rules, and of how Talent Management depends on Employee Central data.
• Willingness to work shifts supporting US Eastern business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands‑on Employee Central experience (job information, job relationships, foundation objects).
• Experience with the talent intelligence hub, Opportunity Marketplace, Job Profile Builder, or skills‑based talent programs.
• Exposure to SAP Business AI / Joule, Role‑Based Permissions (RBP), or People Analytics.
