Grace Global Business Services (GBS) in Manila, Philippines, is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support global HR functions including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Payroll. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to manage confidential information and system optimizations.

The successful candidate will maintain SuccessFactors module platforms, ensure data integrity, and partner with HR and IT for upgrades, testing, and end-user

Qualifications

• BS degree plus 3–5 years' HR experience or equivalent HRIS experience.
• Experience with SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting/Onboarding, Time Management, Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and administer HRIS modules, especially Employee Central and Recruiting/Onboarding.
• Coordinate with HR and IT for system upgrades and testing.
• Troubleshoot EC queries across multiple modules with HR partners and Payroll.
• Create process docs and train end-users on HRIS procedures.
• Perform system audits and drive process improvements.
