Grace Global Business Services (GBS) in Manila, Philippines, seeks a Sr HRIS Analyst - SuccessFactors Talent Management to join our HR Systems team. The role reports to the Sr Solutions Manager and supports US Eastern business hours with flex during cycles.

You will own the design, configuration, and delivery of global talent cycles, lead Manila HRIS analysts, and partner with the Talent Management COE to stay current with SAP innovations, including AI capabilities.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of HRIS experience across at least 5 full annual cycles.
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals experience.
• 2+ years of team lead experience in HRIS/AMS/shared services using ServiceNow.
• Lead consultant or lead administrator on at least 1 Performance & Goals or Succession project.
• Expert knowledge of form templates, route maps, rating scales, goals, and business rules.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and maintain performance templates, route maps, rating scales, competencies and rules.
• Configure goal plans, cascading, team goals, CP and 360 reviews.
• Facilitate Calibration and Succession & Development, including talent pools and 9-box reviews.
• Launch, monitor, and close global performance cycles and resolve live-cycle issues.
• Ensure performance ratings flow into Compensation and Variable Pay.
• Evaluate releases and AI capabilities and recommend features for adoption.
• Build talent reporting and dashboards in Stories and Report Center.
• Conduct functional/regression testing and maintain runbooks.
• Provide training for managers/employees and mentor analysts.
