Job summary

Boerhinger Ingelheim GmbH invites an HR Enablement & Support specialist to maintain and enhance global HR technology solutions worldwide from the Philippines. You will support Onboarding, Social Onboarding, Time Off, Recruitment and Employee Central while ensuring SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow operate effectively.

The role emphasizes collaboration with global stakeholders, release management, and UAT through end-to-end HR IT changes, with a focus on permissions, workflows, and business rules

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR Services/HRIT experience required.
• Proven project management experience.
• International project experience preferred.
• Business fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for global HR systems (SuccessFactors and Hire-to-Retire processes).
• Collaborate with Project & Process Managers to gather requirements for new tools or improvements.
• Manage business changes with impact analysis, configuration changes, testing (UAT) and documentation.
• Coordinate with SSC, HR Process Management and IT/ext. vendors to align processes and resolve issues.
• Ensure data alignment with data consumers inside/outside HR and work with IT on interfaces.
• Analyze and resolve complex issues related to permissions, workflows and business rules.
• Participate in global HR projects representing the area of responsibility.
