Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Philippines in Muntinlupa is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Employee Central to manage back-end HR processes across APAC and other markets, covering onboarding through termination and data administration.

The role requires 2–3 years in employee administration, strong English, and preferably SAP SuccessFactors knowledge; you will collaborate with HRBPs across geographies in a hybrid, full-time setup.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of expert knowledge and experience in Employee Administration.
• Business fluent in English.
• Preferably with SAP SuccessFactors knowledge.
• Ability to work across geographies and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute back-end HR processes around onboarding, hiring, data administration and termination.
• Adhere to data quality standards and meet defined SLAs.
• Ensure end-to-end process execution and drive improvements.
• Prepare contractual documents considering country regulations and entity agreements.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and support reorganizations across units.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to provide reliable HR reports and data.
