Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH is seeking an HR Enablement & Support specialist to maintain and improve global HR technology solutions. You will support Onboarding, Time Off, Recruitment, and Employee Central, ensuring SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow run smoothly.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Project & Process Managers, release management, and cross-functional teams across regions, with a flexible 24/5 global support schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in HR Services/HRIT focusing on Employee Central and SuccessFactors.
• Experience with end-to-end system rollouts and initiatives.
• International project experience and cross-geography collaboration.
• Business fluency in English; knowledge of GDPR/data regulations helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for global HR systems (SF, Hire-to-Retire).
• Gather and specify requirements for new tools or process enhancements.
• Manage system changes including release management and UAT testing.
• Coordinate with SSC, HR Process Management and IT/ext vendors to resolve issues.
• Ensure data consumer alignment and interface issue resolution with IT support.
• Analyze and resolve complex permissions, workflows, and business rules.
• Support global HR projects representing area of responsibility.
