Job summary

Gallagher Manila is seeking an HR Operations professional to support payroll and HR processes for North America, UK, and APAC regions from our Manila hub. You will manage new hires, resignations, data management, benefits, background verifications, leave, and performance administration.

You will also handle employee profiles, vendor invoicing, and documentation such as process maps, KPIs, SLAs, and audits while ensuring regulatory compliance and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Graduation and PG in HR will be a added advantage.
• Relevant experience of 4 to 7 years and should have at least worked for North America or UK / APAC Regions.
• Knowledge of ERPs.
• Must possess strong knowledge on US and UK regulatory/statutory requirements, Employee benefits and labor laws.
• Prior HR transition experience.
• Maintaining trackers.
• Performing regular RCAs.
• Adherence and regular revival of GHRSS SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Handling payroll support and HR processes for North America, UK and APAC regions.
• Employee benefit administration for USA and UK / APAC Regions.
• Handling Background Verifications and Employee referencing for North America and UK / APAC Regions.
• Employee leave and performance management administration for North America and UK / APAC Regions.
• Employee profile management and resolving login/access issues.
• Vendor management and Invoice Processing USA and UK / APAC Regions.
• Creating process maps, KPI, SLAs and dashboards per client and internal requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and participating in audits.
• Proposing process improvements in response to regulatory or tech changes.
