Job summary

Globalizationpartners is recruiting aSr. HR Associate, Shared Service Centre to support professionals across the Americas and assist in back-end HR Hire to Retire processes supporting international entities. This role emphasizes remote collaboration and data accuracy in a fast-growing environment.

You will handle onboarding, contract review, payroll and benefits enrollment, and maintain HR records across a regional scope, liaising with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of HR operations experience.
• Proficient in written and verbal English & Spanish.
• Resourceful with HR procedures and policies.
• Strong administration background.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support key employee life cycle processes: onboarding, contract review and payroll/benefits enrollment.
• Maintain employee records in our proprietary platform with data updates and forms handling.
• Audit data changes to ensure accurate payments to professionals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and SOPs.
• Communicate effectively with professionals and customers via email, phone, and other channels.
• Coordinate with GP partners/vendors including insurance providers and pension providers.
