Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Analyst – Global HR Shared Services to support daily HR operations and service delivery for employees across North America, UK, and APAC regions. You will handle HR processes, data management, and inquiries in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in HR Operations/Shared Services, experience with North America/UK/APAC, and knowledge of HR transition processes. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant HR Operations / Shared Services experience.
• Experience supporting North America, UK, and/or APAC.
• Prior experience in HR transition is required.
• Experience handling international HR processes is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR operations for North America and UK, including new hires and resignations.
• Provide Tier 1 payroll support.
• Administer employee benefits for USA, UK, and APAC regions.
• Handle background verification and employee referencing processes.
• Support employee leave administration and performance management.
• Maintain HR documentation, process maps, KPIs, and dashboards.
