Job summary

Partners Group in Manila is seeking a Head of HR Shared Services to lead the regional People agenda, partner with the Global Head of HR, and deliver scalable, tech-enabled HR processes for a global private markets firm.

You will build a high-performing, multicultural team, drive AI and digital HR initiatives from Manila, balance global consistency with regional relevance, and manage risk while delivering value to 800+ institutional clients.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in HR with depth in operations, shared services, or employee lifecycle management.
• Interest in AI and technology to develop digital HR solutions.
• Proven track record of building and developing teams with collaborative leadership.

• Own and drive regional people agenda, turning strategy into delivery.
• Lead regional HR projects end-to-end delivering priorities that fuel growth.
• Champion AI and digital HR initiatives with regional and global reach.
