Job summary

ProductLifeGroup in the Philippines is seeking a Senior HR Associate to deliver end-to-end HR operational support across JAPAC, with a focus on Australia, Philippines, and Japan. You will ensure compliant payroll processes and partner with employees, managers, and stakeholders to provide an excellent employee experience.

The role requires autonomy, ownership, and attention to detail across multi-country HR operations, including onboarding, contracts, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or HR Generalist positions.
• Proven experience in payroll coordination, onboarding, employee administration, and HR reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end payroll operations across JAPAC, focusing on Australia, the Philippines and Japan.
• Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, append, promotions, and offboarding.
• Coordinate employment contracts, new hire administration, and HR system updates.
• Monitor absences and maintain employee documentation.
• Conduct HR interviews for junior roles and support background checks.
• Prepare employment-related letters and documentation.
• Produce HR reports, metrics, and analytics to identify trends and improvements.
• Contribute to HR process improvements and system changes.
