Job summary

GLOBALIZATION PARTNERS PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a Sr Human Resource Associate to support its fast-growing regional team. You will help manage back-end HR, payroll, and legal service providers for international entities, with a focus on APAC.

This nine-month fixed-term contract requires strong HR operations experience in a global, remote-first environment. You’ll handle onboarding, data management, visa renewals, contracts, benefits, and audits, while ensuring timely payroll input and

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HR operations experience (SSC experience desirable).
• Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• Experience in a Shared Services setup.
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation across APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage lifecycle processes for professionals.
• Prepare HR contracts, amendments, policies, payroll enrollment docs, onboarding guides, and certificates.
• Maintain employee records in the proprietary platform and ensure data accuracy.
• Administer benefits with broker/insurer coordination.
• Provide payroll data to payroll team and support payroll administration.
• Audit data changes for accurate payments.
• Improve HR processes and SOPs; keep policies up to date.
• Communicate with professionals and customers to resolve queries via email and other channels.
• Meet SLAs and SOPs for service excellence.
• Coordinate with GP partners/vendors and internal teams for seamless service.
