Job summary

G-P is hiring a Sr Human Resources Associate for its Regional Shared Service Centre. You will support HR operations, payroll data, and legal services for professionals engaged by our clients across EMEA/APAC/AMER, in a remote-first, night-shift role on a 9-month fixed term contract.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HR operations experience (SSC experience desirable).
• Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• Experience in a Shared Services environment.
• Hands-on onboarding experience across the Americas region; Canada, Mexico, US, or Brazil is a plus.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; MS Office proficiency.
• Proactive, test-and-learn mindset; comfortable with AI features and platforms.
• Demonstrated AI literacy to improve workflows and output quality.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage time across time zones.
• Ability to work in an international team with diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and data management.
• Assist with visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding activities.
• Prepare HR documentation such as contracts and policy updates.
• Maintain records in the proprietary platform and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and liaise with brokers and insurers.
• Provide payroll data and collaborate with payroll providers for timely payment.
• Audit data changes to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Contribute to SOP upkeep and process improvements.
• Communicate clearly with professionals and clients via email and other channels.
