Job summary

Globalization Partners Inc. is seeking a Sr Human Resource Associate for our Regional Shared Service Centre. You will support back-end HR, payroll, and legal service providers for international entities, with a focus on APAC and onboarding/offboarding processes.

This is a 9-month fixed term contract starting immediately. You will handle employee lifecycle tasks, document preparation, payroll support, and data management while ensuring data accuracy and compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR operations experience, SSC experience desirable.
• Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• Experience working within a Shared Services environment.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• Proactive, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic AI tools for daily workflows.
• Knowledge of APAC labor regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support key employee life cycle processes: onboarding, data management, absence tracking, visa renewals, transfers, offboarding.
• Prepare HR documents: employment contracts, amendments, policies, benefits and payroll enrollment.
• Organize and maintain employee records in the platform; handle forms for HR activities.
• Administer benefits enrollment with brokers/insurers for professionals.
• Provide payroll data and collaborate with payroll team and providers.
• Carry out audits to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and SOPs.
• Communicate with professionals and customers to resolve queries via email and other channels.
• Ensure SLA/SOP adherence and service excellence.
• Collaborate with GP partners/vendors and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Be the first point of contact during onboarding and offboarding.
