Job summary

Outsourced Global Staff is seeking a Director of People Operations to shape HR operations for a 1,800-person global organization based in the Philippines. You will own master data governance, onboarding/offboarding, benefits delivery, and compliance across DOLE and privacy laws, while guiding a regional expansion and a team of 8–12 specialists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field and 7–10+ years HR experience.
• 3+ years in HR operations leadership or shared services.
• Experience with multi-country/remote teams in Asia/Latin markets.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor standards and DOLE reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations for data governance, salary administration, and lifecycle processes.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and rate documentation.
• Manage HMO, benefits, loans, and total rewards benchmarking.
• Ensure DOLE compliance, privacy, and international expansion readiness.
• Lead a team of 8–12 specialists and publish SOPs.
