Job summary

GLOBALIZATION PARTNERS PHILIPPINES, INC. seeks an organized HR Support Specialist in the Philippines to manage end-to-end Time and Attendance processes across regions, ensuring accurate timesheet verification and payroll readiness. The role supports standardization and automation of timekeeping, with a CET-aligned schedule.

You will validate data, respond to queries, and contribute to process improvements within a fixed-term contract starting January 2027.

Qualifications

• Understanding of timesheet rules and end-to-end timesheet handling (manual & digital).
• Ability to digest regulatory, HR, or financial processes across regions.
• Experience in documenting workflows and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Process, validate, and reconcile timesheets across countries; verify hours, overtime, and leaves.
• Monitor payroll cut-offs and prepare data for payroll/invoicing.
• Send reminders and follow-ups for timesheet submissions and approvals.
• Maintain SOPs, LWIs, and track regional workflows for standardization and automation.
• Ensure compliant timesheet records meeting regional regulations; escalate complex cases.
• Support system/automation enhancements for timekeeping; participate in UAT and implementation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
