Job summary

Delivery Hero is hiring a Global Process Architect for a fixed-term position in Taguig, Philippines. The successful candidate will work closely with People Operations and ensure efficient HR operational workflows across the employee lifecycle, enhancing the Global People Operations model.

The ideal candidate will possess 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, strong skills in process analysis, and familiarity with HR technologies such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors. This hands-on role focuses on process optimization and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in HR process improvement, HR operations, or Shared Services.
• Proven experience in process mapping, documentation, and workflow optimization.
• Strong knowledge of global HR processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, payroll support).

Responsibilities

• Map and document end-to-end People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Develop standardized process documentation, including SOPs and process maps.
• Monitor and evaluate process performance post-implementation.
