Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking an HR Services Associate to support day-to-day HR operations and employee services for a global organization. This role handles HR inquiries, data updates, onboarding, and lifecycle activities while maintaining confidential records.

You're expected to work across HR systems, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with both local and international teams. The position follows a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, in Makati City.

Qualifications

• College graduate.
• With 1–5 years of experience in HR, Operations, Customer Support, or a related customer-facing role.
• Experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services is preferred.
• Experience using HR systems such as Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle, ServiceNow, Siebel, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in HR data management, HR transactions, onboarding, or employee lifecycle support are highly preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work with confidential information.
• Adaptable and comfortable working with different cultures and teams.
• Experience with a global company or international environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee and manager inquiries and provide HR support.
• Process and update employee information in HR systems.
• Support onboarding and other employee lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Review HR documents and reports for accuracy.
• Follow HR policies, procedures, and standard processes.
• Resolve basic HR system and process-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation and reports.
• Meet assigned performance and quality targets.
• Work with local and international teams.
