Job summary

3Cloud is seeking an experienced Senior HR professional to partner with our leadership team in the Philippines. You will drive strategic HR initiatives, support workforce planning, and lead talent development across a fast-growing global delivery center.

You will advise senior leaders, ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, and collaborate with global HR teams on compensation, benefits, and organizational design. This is a contract role offering 6 months with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in HR/Business/ related field.
• 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, global organizations.
• Experience advising senior leadership and influencing organizational decisions.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment practices.
• Proven success in talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership on HR strategy and organizational design.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment support, onboarding, HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Monitor HR metrics to inform decisions and improve processes.
• Collaborate on HR projects with global teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
