Job summary

AutoGlobal Group is seeking an HR Operations Supervisor to own payroll-ready data and the employee lifecycle across NCR, Luzon, and Visayas. You will validate attendance, master data, and benefits in HRIS before payroll cutoffs, and ensure new hires are system-ready on Day 1.

The role collaborates with HR Business Partners, Admin, IT, and Accounting/Payroll, enforces controls, conducts onboarding and offboarding, and leads a small team to deliver accurate, timely payroll and compliant HR records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• 4+ years in HR operations, timekeeping, or HRIS administration; retail, automotive, or distribution industry preferred.
• 2+ years in a supervisory capacity, managing or mentoring HR staff.
• Working knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR withholding rules, and DOLE labor standards.
• Hands-on onboarding, offboarding and clearance, and 201-file management.
• Sprout HRIS or similar HRIS, GLPI, and Excel; JazzHR a plus.
• Power BI dashboard knowledge is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong controls and audit trails.
• Proactive in flagging exceptions and compliance risks.
• Discreet handling of confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Payroll-Data Validation: Reviews and validates attendance, employee master data, and benefit enrollments encoded by HR in Sprout before each payroll cutoff locks.
• Compensation, Benefits & Statutory Oversight: Sets up recurring deductions in Sprout; reviews SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG memberships and HMOs.
• Attendance, Schedule & Leave Control: Enforces standard schedules, shifts, rest days, holidays; OT pre-approval before cutoff.
• Onboarding & Offboarding Ownership: Manages GLPI tickets for new hires and separations; coordinates IT, Admin, and Accounting/Payroll.
• Recruitment-to-Onboarding Handoff: Receives hiring data from ATS, validates, and ensures correct Sprout entry and payroll cutoff.
• HRIS Governance: Sets master-data standards and workflow/approval rules for Sprout and GLPI.
• HR Service-Request Management: Oversees HR ticket queue, monitors SLAs, escalates issues.
• Records & Policy Implementation: Maintains 201 files and communicates HR policies across regions.
• Internal Controls & Audit Readiness: Enforces segregation of duties and closes audit findings.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepares HR ops dashboards and drives automation.
• Team Leadership: Supervises the Compensation, Benefits & Timekeeping Specialist.
