Responsibilities

• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
• Ensure all employee information is up-to-date and accurately entered in the HR system.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documents for regulatory compliance.
• Assist staff with benefits-related inquiries and enrollment processes.
• Handle end-to-end offboarding with proper documentation and exit interviews.
• Provide general HR support via email/chat/call and contribute to HR projects.
