Job summary

Prime Manpower Resources Development Inc is seeking a versatile HR Generalist to manage daily HR operations in the Philippines. You will oversee recruitment, payroll, handbook creation, and employee relations, ensuring compliant and efficient workforce processes.

You will be the main HR handler, building strong relations with staff and management, drafting policies, and guiding DOLE-compliant procedures to maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of progressive HR experience in the Philippines as HR Generalist/Officer.
• Hands-on recruitment, payroll processing, handbook drafting, and employee relations.
• Solid understanding of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for operational, technical, and admin roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and build local talent pipelines.
• Onboarding, orientation, and integration programs for new hires.
• Process payroll, attendance tracking, and timekeeping for local staff.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and statutory benefits.
• Draft and update the local Employee Handbook and SOPs.
• Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, pay slips, and benefits.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures per DOLE standards.
