Job summary

GR8 Global Philippines is seeking a diligent Human Resources professional to support day-to-day HR operations for client engagements. You will assist payroll processing, recruitment support, project administration, and general HR duties as directed by the Talent team.

The role requires at least 2 years of HR experience, a degree in HR or equivalent, familiarity with major payroll systems, and strong MS Office, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Two years HR experience preferred.
• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with major payroll systems (ADP, Gusto, Paychex, Rippling, Onpay, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; interaction with clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing for clients and internal teams.
• Recruitment support and organization.
• Administration of client projects and general HR duties as directed.
• Attend training programs to maintain knowledge of HR practices.
• Provide transactional support for HR client services as assigned.
