Job summary

Medical Solutions is seeking an HR Group Manager to lead the PH-based HR Operations team supporting the US HR function. You will drive strategy, governance, and service delivery across HRIS, benefits, employee relations, onboarding, and engagement.

The role focuses on scaling operations, enhancing data integrity, and delivering compliant HR support to US partners. Office-based in Bridgetown, QC with rotating/US-time work expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree or professional HR certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years leading multiple HR functions or shared services teams.
• Experience supporting US HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or multinational organizations is highly preferred.
• Strong experience managing HRIS, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and Corporate Onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic HR operations for the PH-based HR Operations team supporting US HR partners.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, service quality, and employee experience.
• Partner with US HR leaders to translate priorities into operational execution.
• Set goals, KPIs, and SLAs with a culture of accountability.
