Job summary

Workstreet is seeking a detail‑oriented HR Administrator to support our US and European regions. Based fully remote in the Philippines or India, you’ll own U.S. state tax and unemployment registrations, keep Rippling data clean, verify I-9s, and assist with background checks and employee lifecycle changes.

You’ll collaborate with a U.S.-based HR Manager, handle company mail and compliance tasks, and help administer engagement programs for a global remote team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR administration supporting US-based employers.
• Experience with U.S. state employer registrations (withholding and unemployment).
• Familiarity with Form I-9 verification and background checks.
• Strong HRIS experience; Rippling is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own U.S. compliance and registrations tasks; manage notices and updates in HRIS.
• Maintain accurate HR records; reconcile data without payroll impact delays.
• Provide employee lifecycle support and respond to routine inquiries.
• Support European registrations and EOR tasks as needed.
