Job summary

Heidi Chef Solutions LLC in Quezon City, Philippines, seeks an HR Associate to support UAE and Philippine operations with HR administration, recruitment, compliance, and employee support across both locations. The role reports to the General Manager.

The HR Associate handles onboarding, payroll inputs with Finance (not payroll processing), HR reporting, audits, and policy maintenance, using Zoho People, SharePoint, and Zoho Recruit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2–4 years of general HR experience.
• Experience in HR administration, recruitment, onboarding and compliance.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor legislation is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn UAE labor laws and visa processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR administration and employee records.
• Coordinate attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs with Finance.
• Coordinate performance reviews and probation documentation.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, scheduling interviews and offers.
• Maintain HR policies, Employee Handbook, SOPs, and templates.
• Support ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 audits and process improvements.
