Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Executive (Human Capital Management) to lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and HR policy alignment. The role covers local and overseas initiatives, job postings, candidate screening, contract preparation, and benefits administration.

You will coordinate HR processes, appraisals, increments, disciplinary cases, and staff development programmes while ensuring compliance and smooth operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Possess a degree or diploma in HR Management or Business Administration.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.
• Ability to coordinate local and overseas HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Support local and overseas recruitment initiatives such as job fairs and campus hiring.
• Maintain and update company-wide job descriptions.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR-related documentation.
• Track and follow up on recruitment progress for open positions.
• Coordinate employee accommodation and dormitory arrangements.
• Support HR processes including appraisals, increments, and bonus exercises.
• Administer employee benefits, claims, leave, insurance, and work injury matters.
• Support HR systems configuration and HR process alignment.
• Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct exit interviews and employee clearance processes.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and government-related matters.
• Manage uniform issuance and related administrative matters.
• Support employee relations and disciplinary case management.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and staff development programmes.
• Organise employee engagement and wellness activities.
