Job summary

Lennor Group is seeking an experienced HR Reporting & Analytics professional to deliver accurate, timely HR data across EMEA and UK regions. You will ensure data quality, support regulatory submissions, and provide actionable insights to HR stakeholders in a global environment.

The role requires strong data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and experience with Oracle/OBI and Excel. Hybrid work setup in Taguig/Manila with some regional coordination opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 4–7 years of HR reporting analytics or operations experience.
• Experience supporting EMEA/UK HR operations with regional reporting.
• Hands-on HR data extraction, reporting, validation and reconciliation.
• Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with ERP/HR systems Oracle and Oracle BI (OBI).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR reporting for EMEA/UK regions with data extraction and report development.
• Deliver recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual workforce reports.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests with insights and trends.
• Validate, cleanse, and reconcile HR data for accuracy and compliance.
• Support regulatory reporting and data governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with HRStakeholders and US HR Reporting for system testing and enhancements.
