Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5-8 years HR reporting, HRIS, data, or analytics experience with Workday reporting.
• Strong data visualization, governance, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of complex HR reporting solutions and governance.
• Develop and enhance Workday reports, dashboards, and alerts aligned with business needs.
• Translate stakeholder questions into analytical requirements and data definitions.
• Lead automation to reduce manual data extracts and improve self-service reporting.
