Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a Global HR Data Consumption Specialist to join the COO People team. You will design and manage multi-source HR dashboards, translating complex business needs into simple, actionable reports leveraging Workday catalogs and HR data sources.

You will ensure stakeholder requirements are understood, contribute to data governance and BI foundations, and act as a bridge between GHR and stakeholders to balance business and technical constraints.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage reporting tools using Workday catalogs to add value.
• Ensure stakeholder requirements are understood and addressed in reports.
• Foster open, collaborative accountability; encourage teamwork and listening.
• Provide advice on complex questions around reporting, dashboards, and data governance.
• Ensure data management practices and BI foundation; consume data from Data Lakes.
• Bridge GHR and stakeholders when needed.
