Qualifications

• Translate business requirements into simple dashboards leveraging HR processes and systems.
• Design and develop multi-source dashboards and respond to ad-hoc queries accurately.
• Provide insights for strategic, tactical, and operational HR topics with dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and optimise reporting tools including Workday catalogues and user guidance.
• Ensure stakeholder requirements are understood and addressed promptly.
• Foster open collaboration within the team and with colleagues across functions.
• Provide guidance on complex questions around reporting, dashboards, and benchmarking.
• Reconcile data from multiple sources while enforcing data governance and quality.
• Ensure data consumption from Data Lakes and introduce new BI foundation.
