Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Global People Analytics & Reporting team in the Philippines is seeking a Sr. Analyst, People Analytics to lead HR reporting initiatives, specializing in Workday reporting and analytics across the enterprise.

You will gather requirements from business users, design reporting solutions, train end users, and support US compliance reporting (EEO, AAPs, VETS-4212, etc.), while ensuring data privacy and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced Degree desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 – 8 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience with HCM reporting.
• 2+ years of MS Access, relational database, or SQL experience.
• 2+ years of Tableau (preferred).
• 1+ years of Workday reporting (preferred).
• 1+ years of PeopleSoft reporting (preferred).
• 1+ years SQL.

Responsibilities

• Execute Global People Analytics & Reporting strategy related to US compliance and reporting.
• Compile data sources (Workday/PeopleSoft), analyze, and submit US compliance reporting (EEO, AAPs, VETS-4212, CA pay data, etc.).
• Execute daily legal ad-hoc report requests.
• Optimize integrations (PeopleSoft and Workday) with other teams.
• Support sunsetting of legacy integrations, replacing with Workday integrations.
• Maintain mapping tables and run audits for Enterprise Data Platform.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve complex system problems, develop workflow rules.
