Job summary

Dexis Consulting Group seeks a Supply Chain Management Advisor embedded with the Department of Health (DOH) to strengthen warehousing, inventory, and distribution of health commodities.

The role focuses on optimizing processes, ensuring continuity, and supporting service-level agreements, with emphasis on SAP or ELMIS and collaboration with national programs in the Philippines and international partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with health supply chains is preferred.
• Knowledge of warehousing, inventory management, and distribution processes.
• Familiarity with SAP or ELMIS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen DOH supply chain, warehousing, inventory, and distribution workflows.
• Support end-to-end receipt, storage, and dispatch of health commodities.
• Assess cost efficiency through freight, labor, and warehouse space optimization.
• Improve order fulfillment accuracy and delivery timelines.
• Conduct strategic assessments of logistics structures and gaps.
• Evaluate central and regional warehouses and temperature control practices.
• Analyze movement from central office to CHDs and LGUs, including 3PL/4PL support.
• Support use of digital tools (SAP/ELMIS) for stock tracking and data management.
