Job summary

Dexis is seeking a Supply Chain Management Advisor to support the Department of Health in strengthening warehousing, inventory, and distribution of health commodities. The role focuses on end‑to‑end supply chain optimization, policy alignment, and cost‑effective operations.

The Advisor will assess current systems, propose critical projects, and guide implementation of improved processes, while ensuring compliance with EO directives and modern logistics standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• 7+ years in supply chain management, logistics, warehousing, or related areas.
• Experience assessing and improving supply chain systems and processes.
• Experience with warehousing, inventory management, and distribution operations.
• Experience working with third‑party logistics providers.
• Proficiency with ERP and logistics management systems including SAP/ELMIS.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen DOH supply chain management, warehousing, inventory, and distribution processes.
• Assess current logistics structures and identify gaps; recommend improvements.
• Provide technical guidance on SAP/ELMIS use for data processing.
• Prepare technical assessments, analyses, reports, and briefing materials.
• Support DOH life‑saving humanitarian assistance in line with EO directives.
