Job summary

Dexis invites an experienced Health Policy Expert Resource Person to support PHIC and DOH in delivering lifesaving health policy reforms under the Shared Agenda. This role focuses on technical leadership, policy development, and cross‑agency coordination to accelerate primary care and hospital system improvements.

The advisor will report to PHIC leadership, monitor timelines, and prepare briefers for officials, while collaborating with policy units to mitigate risks and deliver policy

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health, Health and Development, Public Policy, or related fields.
• Five+ years of relevant experience in health policy or program implementation.
• Strong policy development, analytical writing, stakeholder coordination, and ability to work in the public sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and clear policies and benefit enhancements under the Focus Areas to support the OPCEO.
• Coordinate with PHIC offices to address technical, operational, legal, or actuarial risks for alignment and resolution.
• Support policy units to ensure adherence to timelines for policy development, approval, and cascade.
• Provide briefers for PHIC officials and staff on progress and content of focus area policies.
• Organize and attend meetings to ensure regular discussions and alignment between directives and involved offices.
