Job summary

Dexis is seeking a Financial Management and Operational Efficiency Advisor to strengthen the DOH’s financial reporting, capital investments evaluation, and hospital cost controls across DOH‑managed facilities.

The role supports DOH priorities and collaborates with central offices, hospitals, and U.S. partners to deliver life‑saving improvements in health financing and service delivery.

Qualifications

• CPA required with a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, health administration, health economics, public administration, or related field.
• Minimum seven years of progressive professional experience in financial management, financial analysis, healthcare finance, hospital management, or capital investment evaluation.
• Strong ability to analyze complex financial and operational information and translate into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen financial management and CAPEX evaluation across DOH‑managed hospitals.
• Develop standardized financial reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytical tools for DOH and hospitals.
• Assist in building revenue cycle management, inventory management, and cost-efficiency processes.
• Provide guidance on financial thresholds, reporting timelines, and decision-support materials for DOH leadership.
