Job summary
Dexis seeks a Health Infrastructure Advisor to provide strategic and technical support to the Department of Health in strengthening health facility planning and prioritization. You will translate policy into actionable investment programs, assess readiness, and help align investments with SOAG and international cooperation priorities.

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in public health, health systems management, public administration, or related field.
- 7+ years in health infrastructure, facility planning, or related area.
- Excellent written and oral communication in English.
- Ability to prepare executive briefings, technical reports, and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and technical support to DOH in strengthening health infrastructure planning and investment prioritization.
- Assess alignment of investments with DOH policies and priorities.
- Develop concepts, readiness requirements, and implementation strategies for HFEP projects.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements for project delivery.
- Prepare decision-support materials for DOH leadership.
- Coordinate with DOH offices, government agencies, and stakeholders.
