Job summary

Dexis seeks a Financial Management and Operational Efficiency Advisor to strengthen financial governance across DOH‑managed hospitals in the Philippines. You will standardize reporting, evaluate capital investments, and tackle bottlenecks in revenue cycle, procurement, and operating costs.

Ideal candidates have CPA credentials, 7+ years in healthcare finance, and strong English communication. The role requires site visits, dashboards, and actionable policy‑level recommendations to support DOH

Qualifications

• CPA with bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, health administration, health economics, public administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in financial management, analysis, healthcare finance, hospital management, or closely related field.
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, cost accounting, financial reporting, or operational efficiency assessment.
• Experience conducting financial evaluation of capital investments using tools like NPV/IRR/Payback.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into practical recommendations for senior management.
• Experience developing financial dashboards and standardized reporting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to conduct site visits to DOH hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical support to strengthen financial management across DOH‑managed hospitals.
• Assist with standardizing financial reporting frameworks, templates, and dashboards.
• Support evaluation of capital investments (facility expansion, equipment, digital infra).
• Develop analytical tools to assess capital investments and inform decisions.
• Identify bottlenecks in revenue cycle, inventory, and facility operating costs.
• Offer actionable recommendations to improve financial and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with DOH offices, hospitals, and stakeholders on financial assessment activities.
• Prepare financial analyses, briefs, reports, and executive presentations for DOH leadership.
• Perform related functions as requested by the Secretary's Office.
