Job summary

Flat Planet Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Global Finance Director (CPA) to lead accounting, controllership, tax compliance, and ERP implementations across global entities (AU, US, UK, DE, PH, CA).

Reporting directly to the Global CEO, you will drive end-to-end financial operations including month-end close, IFRS/AASB reporting, transfer pricing, and treasury management while collaborating with HR on payroll and labor compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance, or economics; CPA mandatory.
• 15+ years in finance with 5+ years in senior leadership in shared services/multinational setting.
• Deep proficiency in IFRS 15/16 and multi-country tax compliance.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems NetSuite, Odoo, Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Lead global accounting, month-end close, audits, and IFRS/AASB reporting.
• Oversee tax compliance, transfer pricing, and treasury management.
• Drive ERP improvements and streamline O2C/P2P/R2R processes.
• Partner with HR on payroll and labor compliance across regions.
